Appointments

 

Consultation Appointments

 

We offer free consultation appointments that normally last 30 mins. Skincare consultation appointments are charged at £50 and normally last 1 hour.  A booking fee is sometimes required and is £50 which is fully refunded upon arrival or held on account by us for future treatments.

 

Treatment Appointments

 

We may ask you for a £50 booking fee for treatment appointments that will be refunded upon arrival or put towards the cost of your treatment. The length of your treatment appointment will depend on the type of treatment you have. If you require topical numbing cream prior to a treatment you may be asked to sit in the waiting area while the anaesthetic takes effect.

Payments

 

Payments can be made with cash, debit/credit cards, BACS, or Paypal. We do not accept cheques. 

 

Cancellations

 

Booking fees will be refunded if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours. 

 

Treatment Refusal 

 

We reserve the right to refuse treatment on ethical or medical grounds. Your practitioner is a professional healthcare clinician and is regulated by the NMC. We do not offer advice or treatments to those under 18 years of age. We may ask for proof of age or refuse treatment if this is not available. Accepted forms of ID include, the UK's national Proof of Age Standard Scheme (PASS), photo driving licence, or a passport. 

 

Children

 

We ask you not to bring children to your appointment but if this cannot be avoided please bring along another responsible adult to look after any children under 12. Children are not allowed in the treatment rooms at anytime. 

 

Complaints, Compliments and Comments

 

Complaints

 

You have the right to make a complaint about your aesthetic procedure or experience with use and we will do our best to resolve it in full and as soon as possible. In the first instance you can speak to your treating practitioner. If this is not possible, or the complaint is not resolved, you should put the compliant in writing and address it to pHskin Cosmetic Clinic, First floor, 1 Victoria Road, Fenton, Stoke on Trent, ST4 2HE as soon as possible. 

 

Compliments and Comments

 

Compliments and comments are valuable, welcome and important when they are received, either verbally or in writing. Your complements and comments allow us to:

 

  • understand our service is being provided to the highest standard

  • influence our service development

  • consider improvements to our services
