Non-Surgical Eyelid Lift (Blepharoplasty)

IQ Plasma pen in action

Without the need for surgery an eyelid lift can be obtained using a medical procedure called Plasma IQ to sublimate skin tissue. Sublimation is the process of turning a substance from a solid straight into a gas. There is no electric current flowing.

Results can be dramatic and compare with surgery but without the knife.

Obtaining a surgical blepharoplasty result can sometimes take up to 3 treatments at 6 weekly intervals. The results can often last years or may be permanent. It is also good to know that risks are reduced as there is no cutting involved and costs just a fraction of a surgical procedure.

Upper and lower eyelids can be treated and the ideal patient will have excess skin which can be sublimated. Your practitioner will advise if you are suitable for the treatment and what results may be achieved.

There may be down time following treatment and often swelling can be quite pronounced the following day. Tiny dark brown or black spots may appear where individual shots have been fired. These will flake off over the next few days (up to 2 weeks).
